My journey to wellness began in 2023 after suffering from whole body aches and pains along with fatigue since 2009, and no doctors having any real answers.  On April 9, 2009, it was like someone turned off a light switch.  Doctors just tried to treat me with antidepressants.  I did have a Vitamin D deficiency that took two years to get regulated.  Since there were no answers through bloodwork, to ease the pain, a nightly glass of wine over the years turned into a bottle of wine.  Now jump to 2023.  I saw a functional nutritionist.  We used their "lab" results and regular bloodwork from my regular doctor for diagnosis.  But after a while, I felt like this was a plan for everyone - cut the grains, dairy and sugar.  One size does not fit all, and through trial and error, and maybe a bit of stubborn love of grains and ice cream, I finally chose to make a change and change me.
